Borich Wins GNCC Kick-Off; Maxxis Takes Top 2
3/01/2010The GNCC ATV season has begun, and Chris Borich wasted no time in defending his championship. Borich won the series’ first round, held February 28 in River Ranch, Florida. Fellow Maxxis rider Taylor Kiser took the second spot on the podium, while the legendary Bill Ballance claimed fifth place. Joining them in the top ten was Donald Ockerman in ninth place.
In third place a couple of miles into the race, Borich grabbed the lead in the last lap to take the win. Kiser followed him across the finish line just 1.4 seconds later.
Borich praised the performance of his Razrs: “The tires were awesome from start to finish. I got off to a good start and had no issues during the race. They’re practically bullet-proof.”
