Brief Description:
Grow with our expanding organization. Maxxis has challenging opportunities for Tire Sales Representatives in our Automotive Tire Division.
Required Skills:
Our Sales representatives will be high energy, self-motivated sales professionals and product specialists with strong relationship building skills who will aggressively grow our revenues in new markets as well as maintain our current customer base. Consistently identify revenue opportunities in new markets and follow-up on leads. Develop business plans for assigned accounts and manage projects using defined project management tools and communication techniques. Ensure reporting, procedures, and communication levels are maintained within Company guidelines. Prepare sales information and materials for customers. Collaborate with development, marketing, distribution and customer service to ensure the successful coordination of customer activities.
Required Experience:
Sales experience in the automotive tire industry required. College degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analysis and judgment skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects. Strong PC skills, including MSOffice.
