Maxxis International, a leader in the high performance tire industry, is looking for a career driven Office Supervisor for our corporate office in Suwanee, Georgia. Learn our industry and different aspects of our operation in a corporate environment. The Office Supervisor will support the Business Affairs Department Manager.
Duties include:
- Coordinate procurement and purchasing for company; may include solicitation and negotiation of vendor bids, contracts, and pricing
- Learn different parts of our business by acting as a liaison for company departments regarding various business matters
- Take initiative on projects to make optimal decisions on key issues
- Support and guide the administrative staff; cross-trained to fill all support positions in department
- Utilize Microsoft Suite to create and organize department files; and present information for company and manager’s meetings
- Manage office supplies
- Coordinate company mail

Bachelor’s Degree along with two years leadership experience is the minimum requirement. Strong analysis and judgment skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects is essential.
